I'm not sure what emotional intelligence is or how it applies to my job. I understand emotions matter, but I don't consciously work on managing them. I'm aware of my emotions and try to manage them; I notice others' emotions too. I'm highly self-aware, manage my emotions effectively, and skillfully navigate others' emotions.
