I haven't really thought about specific objectives—I just handle what comes up I have a general idea of what I want to accomplish, but it's not written down I have 3-5 written goals, but I don't review them regularly I have clear SMART goals written down and review them weekly or bi-weekly

How do you typically measure progress toward your work goals?

I don't really track progress—I just know when something is done I track some metrics informally, but it's inconsistent I have metrics set up and check them monthly I track both leading and lagging indicators weekly, adjusting as needed

When unexpected opportunities or requests come up, how do you decide whether to pursue them?

I usually say yes because I'm not sure what else matters most I consider them, but I often add them to my plate without removing other things I evaluate them against my goals, but sometimes I'm unclear about priorities I filter them against my written goals and only pursue what aligns with my objectives

How aligned are your personal goals with your team's and organization's objectives?

I'm not sure how my work connects to bigger organizational goals I have a general sense of alignment, but I haven't explicitly mapped it out I can articulate how my goals support team objectives most of the time I can clearly show how each of my goals contributes to organizational priorities
