How well do you understand what Canadian employers actually want from interns?

I'm not sure—I assume they just want good grades and relevant coursework I know they want skills, but I'm not clear on the specific soft skills or cultural fit they prioritize I understand they value soft skills, reliability, and cultural fit, but I'm uncertain how to demonstrate these in applications I know Canadian employers prioritize cultural fit, soft skills, adaptability, and genuine interest in contributing to their teams—and I can articulate this in my applications
