How often do you currently check your blog's analytics data?

I don't check analytics at all—I focus on writing quality content instead. I check occasionally (a few times a year) when I remember to log in. I review my analytics monthly and take some notes on what I see. I have a weekly analytics review routine and track specific metrics consistently.

Which metrics do you currently track to measure your blog's success?

I mainly focus on total page views—that's the easiest number to understand. I track page views and bounce rate, but I'm not sure what else matters. I monitor page views, bounce rate, average time on page, and traffic sources. I track engagement metrics, traffic sources, return visitor rate, and have custom goals set up.

When you discover underperforming content in your analytics, what do you typically do?

I delete it or leave it alone—if it's not getting traffic, it's not worth my time. I think about improving it, but I'm not sure what changes would actually help. I update the headline or add more information, then monitor if traffic improves. I analyze why it underperformed, test improvements based on top-performing content patterns, and track results.

How do you currently use analytics insights to guide your future content decisions?

I write about topics I'm interested in—analytics doesn't really influence my content choices. I occasionally notice which topics get more traffic and try to write similar content. I review which content performs best and create a content calendar based on those patterns. I have a data-driven system: I segment by topic, analyze reader behaviour, test publishing schedules, and continuously optimize based on insights.
