What's your promotion strategy for reaching gamers in your area?

I'm not sure how to promote—I'll figure it out closer to the event I'll use social media and maybe tell a few friends about it I have a multi-channel plan: social media, Discord, Reddit, and local gaming shops I'm starting promotion 8 weeks out across all channels with tailored messaging and early-bird incentives

How prepared are you to manage community engagement and the attendee experience?
