We mostly look at page views and social media likes—those are the main metrics we track. We track traffic and engagement metrics, but we're not sure how to connect content to actual business outcomes like conversions or revenue. We measure conversions and track which content drives leads, but we don't have a complete ROI calculation in place yet. We track conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and content-attributed revenue—we know exactly which pieces drive business results.

Are you leveraging Canada's unique bilingual opportunity in your content strategy?

We only create English content—we haven't considered French-language content at all. We've translated some English content into French, but it's direct translation without cultural adaptation. We're creating separate French content strategies, but we're still learning how to truly adapt to French-Canadian audiences. We have culturally adapted English and French content strategies that genuinely resonate with both audiences—we're reaching the full Canadian market.

We're just getting started or we've tried content marketing on and off for less than 3 months. We've been consistent for 3-6 months and we're starting to see some traction and early results. We've been executing consistently for 6-12 months and we're seeing meaningful traffic and lead growth.
