Less than 10%—we focus mainly on written content and static images. 10-25%—we create some video content but it's not a core priority. 25-50%—video is important to our strategy with both short and long-form content. 50%+—video is our primary content format across all channels and platforms.

We're not using AI or automation—everything is handled manually by our team. We use basic automation for email scheduling, but haven't explored AI-powered personalization. We have marketing automation in place with some AI features for personalization and analytics. We actively use AI-powered tools for predictive analytics, personalization, and workflow optimization.

What's your current approach to building customer community and engagement?

We broadcast content on social media and email—community building isn't part of our strategy. We're starting to engage more authentically on social media, but no dedicated community spaces yet. We have a Facebook group or similar community space with regular engagement and member interaction. We've built multiple engaged communities (Discord, private groups, forums) where customers actively participate.
