How much of your email marketing is automated versus manual?

Everything is manual—I send individual emails or occasional blasts without any automation. I have a basic welcome sequence, but most campaigns are sent manually. I have welcome sequences, abandoned cart emails, and some re-engagement campaigns automated. I have a complete automation system: welcome sequences, cart recovery, re-engagement, and triggered campaigns based on user behaviour.

How regularly do you review and act on your email marketing metrics?

I rarely check my metrics—I'm more focused on sending than measuring. I check open rates occasionally, but I don't have a structured approach to optimization. I review open rates, click rates, and conversions monthly and make adjustments based on trends. I track open rates, CTR, conversions, and unsubscribe rates weekly—I A/B test regularly and continuously optimize based on data.
