How familiar are you with the UAE's sustainability goals and eco-friendly initiatives?

I haven't really heard much about them—this is my first time learning. I've heard about solar projects and green buildings, but I'm still learning the details. I know about major initiatives like Masdar City and Dubai's Clean Energy Strategy 2050. I'm well-informed about the National Climate Change Plan 2017-2050 and actively follow new developments.

Which of these eco-friendly practices are you currently implementing in your daily life?

None really—I haven't started making sustainable changes yet. I'm trying to reduce water use and occasionally use public transport, but inconsistently. I actively reduce water consumption, use sustainable transport, and support eco-certified businesses. I'm fully committed—EV owner, water-conscious, volunteer in conservation programs, and influence others.

How interested are you in participating directly in UAE eco-friendly projects and green initiatives?

Not very interested—I prefer to stay on the sidelines. Somewhat interested, but I'm not sure how to get involved or where to start. Interested and I've attended a few community events or educational workshops. Very engaged—I regularly volunteer, participate in initiatives, and advocate for sustainability.

What's your biggest barrier to embracing sustainability in the UAE right now?

Lack of awareness—I don't know enough about what's available or how to start. Limited access or resources—eco-options feel expensive or inconvenient. Time constraints—I want to participate but struggle to fit it into my schedule. No significant barriers—I'm actively progressing and looking for new ways to increase impact.
